Hello,
we have the following problem:
our customer uses ESTOS ECSTA Tapi driver with Hipath 3000.
We have configured Windows Telephony Server, where the driver is installed
and
all available lines are visible. The problem is that our client software get
on query
ALL lines and not only those that are assigned within the Windows Telephony
Server to the current domain user.
Please, help.

i think you are talking about the MS Remote.

i think you are talking about the MS Remote.TSP that get's the lines
published on the windows telephony server (e.g. ECSTA lines)

you have to configure your client software so it does get lines only from
Remote.TSP and not all the other TSP on the same computer

ciao Ralf

Note that if your domain user has local admin rights on your TAPI
they will automatically get ALL lines, not just those configured.

We use that as a get-around where we have hundreds of lines,
and it is much easier to give the users local admin rights than assign
each line to each user.
(Apparently Microsoft has removed this "feature" in Windows Server
2008.)

the users do not have administrative rights on the server where Windows Tapi

Vladimir,as Tim already pointed out, admin rights are the only way I know of

Vladimir,
as Tim already pointed out, admin rights are the only way I know of to see
all line devices on the telephony server remotely via RemoteSp.TSP.
I guess you also see all other line devices from the server remotely?
What OS/SP (32/64-bit) are you using on server(s) and client(s)?
Is the Telephony Server the same machine as the Domain Controller?
Is there a Terminal Server involved?

Hello Andreas,
thank you very much for answering.
The OS on all involved computers is Windows Server 2003 R2
Standard Edition SP2.
Computer with Telephony Server does not have any other server function
configured (it is not domain controller).
The client computer with our software in the customer network is accessed
over VPN / Remote Desktop.
The user is domain user and does not have admin rights on the computer with
Telephony Server. He has permission for remote access.
And still he sees all lines on the Telephony Server.
What could be wrong?
