Hi friends,

Can any one tell me, how many agents can be created on the single line?

Thanks,

Mohit,
I do not see a limit implied by TAPISRV itself,
but the ACD-PRH or the underlying PBX may have their own limits

In LINEAGENTCAPS struct there is only dwMaxNumGroupEntries member specified:
Maximum number of agent identifiers that can be logged in on the address
simultaneously. Determines the highest value that can be passed in as the
dwNumEntries member in the LINEAGENTGROUPLIST structure to
lineSetAgentGroup. .

C++ / VB Hello, I have a text file called OS.txt that looks like this: Windows 2000 Professional 5.0 (2195) Windows 2000 Server 5.0 (2195) Windows 7 Professional 6.1 (7600) Windows 7 Professional 6.1 (7600) Windows 7 Professional 6.1 (7600) Windows 7 Professional 6.1 (7600 Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1 (7100) Windows NT 4.0 Windows NT 4.0 Windows Server 2003 5.2 (3790) Windows Server

TSPI on Windows 7 C++ / VB Hello all, I am writing a TSPI but I have some problems on Windows 7. I have implemented all TSPI functions, some of them are only dongles only but all of them reports through DebugOutputString(). Everything works fine on Windows XP - I can add my TSP through control panel and it is intialized and started OK. On the other hand, on Windows 7 only TUISPI_providerInstall() is called. In my case, I use TSPI_providerEnumDevices to start my phone but nothing except TUISPI_providerInstall() is called. Any suggestions what I do wrong?
