yes it does.

But please note that H.323 TSP has been removed (actually already on Vista).

Yes, i mean H.323 TSP. Thanks.

What a pity. I wrote some TAPI3 codes using H323 protocol, and it will not work
on windows 7. Does windows 7 turn to SIP?

but there are some SIP TSP available, e.g. TERASIP:
